At Hearts Direct, we want you to be fully satisfied with your athletic gear. If your purchase doesn't meet your performance standards, you can return or exchange it within 30 days of delivery.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the sports gear you wish to return or exchange.

• 2.
  Prepare the Package

  Place the items in their original packaging, ensuring all tags are attached and the equipment or apparel is in its original, unused condition.

• 3.
  Attach Shipping Label

  Download and print the prepaid shipping label provided by our portal and securely affix it to the outside of your return parcel.

• 4.
  Drop Off and Track

  Leave your package at any authorized carrier location; once we receive and inspect the items, your refund or exchange will be processed within 5-7 business days.
